Online Cottage Food Law training course in English or Spanish from Nebraska Extension to prepare you to sell goods already authorized for sale at farmers' markets directly to consumers from the producer's home, fairs, festivals, other public events, or online, all within the state of Nebraska.   

The Counseling and School Psychology Clinic (CSPC) is a training clinic housed within the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Our mission is to offer supportive, affirming, and affordable psychological services to members of the local community and surrounding regions and provide professional clinical training for Counseling Psychology and School Psychology graduate students. The CSPC offers an array of psychological services to support the mental health, behavioral health, and emotional health of children, adolescents, and adults.

Designed by the Nebraska Association of County Officials and the University of Nebraska, the County Official Online Learning (COOL) Network is a four-week online learning program built for Nebraska government leaders. 

The Couple and Family Clinic provides evidence-based treatment from therapists who are currently receiving specialized training and supervision in Marriage and Family Therapy. Available services include couples counseling, family therapy, pre-marital therapy, trauma-informed treatment, individual therapy, and discernment counseling.

The Nebraska Law Criminal Clinic is one of the few prosecution clinics in the country. Students spend the semester working at the local prosecutor’s office where they prosecute misdemeanor and low-grade felony cases – from initial charging decisions to ultimate case resolution – under the direct supervision of the faculty instructor.

CHIME is a transformative program at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln designed to equip educators with the tools to cultivate mindfulness and reflection in their daily work. The CHIME Program provides education and guidance on how to incorporate mindfulness and reflective practice into your daily routine, teaching, and caregiving. 

Students in the Debtor Defense Clinic (DDC) work with unrepresented individuals who have had judgments entered against them in collection cases. Students provide counsel and legal advice to clients about debt collection issues, and, when necessary, litigating cases involving legal issues that have been identified to benefit from a full and robust presentation to the court. 

The Department of Textiles, Merchandising & Fashion Design (TMFD) actively engages with constituents and colleagues in Nebraska, across the nation and overseas, and is fully connected to the pulse of the textiles and apparel industries and professions. TMFD is committed to assisting apparel and textile-based entrepreneurs. The department has expertise to share with entrepreneurs in all phases of soft goods-based ventures, such as: product design, customer identification, business research, product validation, manufacturing, and distribution.
