Native American Coalition

The UNL Tribal Extension Office sponsors the Native American Coalition (NAC) which builds relationships and partnerships between the Nebraska Extension and Native American communities and organizations. The work of NAC is to help build bridges between tribal and non-tribal communities, to facilitate community development and leadership in Native communities and to bring Native American traditional worldviews, languages, cultures and histories to the University of Nebraska and non-tribal communities.
NDA Beginning Farmer Tax Credit Training Digital Badge

This five-part, 15-hour program is designed to assist beginning farmers and ranchers gain knowledge, address problems or operational weaknesses, and plan for financial success. This course will cover general goal setting, risk management, and planning.
Nebraska Academy of Sciences Annual Meeting

For 135 years, the Nebraska Academy of Sciences has hosted an annual meeting designed to bring the scientific community across the state together to 'share their science' with professionals across the state. Researchers, faculty, students, professionals, and citizen scientists can submit an abstract for the annual meeting held on East Campus.
Nebraska Agricultural Education Career Development Events

Today's agricultural industry presents students with over 300 career opportunities. Knowing that one in every three people in Nebraska is employed in an agriculturally based career, the Nebraska Agricultural Education Career Development Events (CDEs) help students develop the abilities to think critically, communicate clearly, and perform effectively in a competitive job market.
Nebraska Athletics Red Carpet Experience
Husker Athletics
Nebraska Athletics created the Red Carpet Experience in the fall of 2021. The program's premise is that all youth and people with special needs across the state of Nebraska deserve the opportunity to attend a Husker competition despite their socioeconomic status. The program is designed to provide participants with a pregame experience, including the chance to interact with student-athlete volunteers and a free ticket to the game. Over 4,000 tickets have been purchased, donated, and used through the Red Carpet Experience by individuals and their families.

The Nebraska ASD Network is committed to providing up-to-date information and training based on current research about autism spectrum disorders. Each year trainings are scheduled throughout the state on high-leverage practices. Regional Coordinators and Behavior Specialists also provide onsite school district training and consultation support.

Nebraska Business Development Center (NBDC) is a university-based business consulting program that provides professional level consulting assistance to small businesses in Nebraska. NBDC’s Southeast Nebraska location is housed in the Nebraska Center for Entrepreneurship (Hawks Hall 315). NBDC Consultants can help you: Develop/refine a business plan, define business goals, refine a target market, complete a cash flow analysis and financial projections.

Nebraska College Preparatory Academy

NCPA is an innovative college access program that prepares academically talented, first-generation, income-eligible students in grades 9-12 for college and their future careers. NCPA’s college scholars also receive full financial assistance to pay the cost of college, including tuition, books, room and board, and fees. NCPA serves academically talented students from first-generation, low-income families from four high schools—Omaha North High Magnet School, Omaha South High Magnet School, Grand Island Senior High, and Winnebago Public High School.
