Bee Lab Honey
Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources
Purchase local honey directly from the Bee Lab in 2oz, 8oz, 12oz, 3lb, 5lb, 12lb jugs, and 50 lb buckets. Funds from honey sales go directly into bee research and graduate student enrichment.
Bull Sale
College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources
The University of Nebraska Bull Sale is sponsored by the Beef Cattle Merchandising class taught each spring in the Animal Science Department. Students in this class get hands-on experience in advertising, catalog preparation, data collection and the management of a seedstock bull sale. The 220 cow NU Beef Teaching herd located on the Eastern Nebraska Research, Extension, and Education Center (ENREEC), near Mead, Nebraska, supplies the bulls and data for the class.

UNL Inventory auctions are held every three to four months.
Swine Sales

UNL Dairy Store

Located on East Campus, the Dairy Store is proud to offer premium handmade dairy products as part of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln since 1917. Our products include delicious ice creams, cheeses and meats, handmade by UNL students in our on-site plant. Ice Cream for pick up and Husker gift boxes featuring our premium quality meats and cheeses can be purchased from the UNL Marketplace and at the East Campus Dairy Store.

University Fleet Management auctions vehicles several times throughout the year.
