CE Designated Course Link

Students must take 12 credit hours to satisfy the course requirement for the certificate. At least 9 of the 12 credit hours must be taken at or above the 300 or 400 level.

Students can automatically count their ACE 8 (ethics, civics, stewardship outcome) and their ACE 9 (global, diversity issue) outcome as two of the four required courses for the Civic Engagement Certificate as long as at least one of those courses is at or above the 300 or 400 level. For a complete list of ACE 8 and ACE 9 courses, see [link under construction]

In addition students must add two other courses to fulfill the course component of the certificate.

Find a list of courses (most are courses satisfying ACE outcomes other than 8 or 9) that have been identified as Civic Engagement Certificate courses.
